Please try to repair your client and see if the problem still exist, if it doesn't help then you might have to re-install the game if you are using mobile version, but if you are using PC version then try to download new client from our official website, and perform a complete re-installation (complete uninstall your current client via control panel, delete your RoS folder, and then re-install the game).@Pudskie
