I just want to remind you that Cheating is not the only reason why accounts being banned or suspended.
Here are the reasons why Accounts got suspended or Banned.

I just want to remind you that only 1 month or Permanently Banned are eligible for Ban Appeals,
Since you got banned for only 10 Days, all you need to do is to wait until your account suspension lifted.

   I encouraging you to please kindly visit our Ban Appeals so the Staffs/Team can process your Banned Account. This is the proper way to Report your Ban/Suspension, If you think you've been mistakenly Banned, then feel free to do Ban Appeals or, You want more information regarding this issue then make a Report Threads at Bugs & Problems. Please be reminded that only 1 month & Permanently Banned are eligible for Ban Appeals.
Suspension/Banned for Hours, 1-10 Days are not eligible, it means you need to wait until you suspension lifted.

Please be patient to wait, it really takes a couple of days because of lots of ban appeals need to reviews
Don't forget also that only accounts who would'nt proven in violating can be retrieved for our fair gaming environment.

just want to ask, i was ban for 3days, and it was lifted on feb 01, but i got ban for 3days again this feb 03 for another 3days again, i never done anything, i just log in my account then it says i got ban, i just play in pc rental shop which is not mine, so i dunno if the computer i use has application for cheating, i dont know the apk name they use, i dont have permission to re-install the game and format the pc i use because its not mine, so how can i fix this? if after 3days then log in i got ban again? thanks for the response if someone will notice this. thank u and God bless
