Why my account got banned and yet I never use any hack or cheat. Is the game stucked and making me can view from inside the blue truck and now got banned permenantly. Please unbanned my account. I had been playing this game fairly for more than 1 year now got banned without any reasonable reason.
Please investigate properly before banned my account.

You had already file a ban appeal, there is no need for this thread to be created since this topic is unrelated to "general discussions".
If you got 30 days or permanent suspension banned you may appeal here https://survey.163.com/htmls/crqfg1/paper.html however if you got 10 days below banned, I kindly ask you to wait until the said date. Just to tell you that abusing bugs and glitches may also banned your account.
